What’s included?
Post-card sized (around 4”x6”/ 10x14.8cm) sketches of your guests as unique keepsakes
Illustrations printed on-site on glossy photo paper
All digital sketches will be emailed to you after the event (you can print them out for a unique photo album and more!)
Please note that the number of guests refer to number of individuals sketched, not number of sketches
*Any unfinished illustrations will be completed in my studio and mailed to you at no additional costs!

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your event

Branding on Portraits
If you have a simple logo of your event/ wedding that you would like to include on each sketch, I can include that for free
If you would like me to design simple branding for your sketches, such as hand writing the event name & date, you can add it for £20
Timeless Group Portrait
A signature group portrait created after the event as a unique and timeless keepsake for your big day!
Full body bride & groom will be illustrated (you can send me a full body photo of your choice), along with all the guests sketched on the day
Couple’s name & date of the event will added
Digital file starting from £100, with printed and framed options available (A4 & A3)

I draw colored half-body portraits of your guests, and I’d like to think of my style as whimsical + chic!
I draw the facial features of your guests in a stylized way, and the main focus is to capture their outfits and accessories.
I use an iPad Pro and Apple Pencil for my sketches, and I bring my own printer for printing on-site.

I will arrive 30 - 45 min before your event starts to set up my station.
As guests arrive, they can approach me for a sketch. I will take a photograph of them, and they can go enjoy their day as I draw. They don’t have to wait at my station.
The finished portraits will be displayed at my station for the guests to collect later!

A long table & a chair placed on a relatively flat surface is required
The space should have adequate lighting and shade (if outdoors, direct sunlight can make drawing difficult)
If the event is outdoors in cold weather, providing some kind of heating is appreciated
Access to power outlets is appreciated

The sketching of one guest takes around 6 - 8 minute, depending on the complexity of their outfits.

Many sketches include 2 - 3 guests. A single print is provided for group illustrations, and additional copies of the group illustration can be purchased after the event.
Since all digital files will be sent to you, you can consider printing more copies for your guests too!

Each guest, whether they are drawn the first time, would be counted towards the headcount.
Therefore, in order to maximize the number of guests that I can draw, I typically display a sign informing guests that it is recommended that each individual is illustrated only once.

I am based in London so I am able to cover London-based events.
If you event is in another city in the UK or in another country, travel costs and possibly accommodation need to be covered.

If I can’t sketch live at your event, you can consider personalized place cards!
You can send me the photos and the names of your guests before the event, and I will sketch and handwrite their names.
All the sketches will be then shipped to you so that you can have them ready for your event, and your guests can bring the sketches home as a keepsake too!
