Design Sprint Process

Discovery Call

We will get on a discovery call before the design sprint to understand your love story, your vision for the stationery, and anything you want to tell me!

I will share a mood board based on our conversation to guide the design process.

Day 1

DRAFT & DIRECTION

We will start the design sprint on an agreed date!

On Day 1, I will provide rough thumbnail sketches with colors to confirm the direction by 3pm UK time.

Day 2

STATIONERY DESIGN

You will provide feedback on the thumbnail sketches by 9am UK time today.

I will design and draw all the stationery templates and send the draft to you by 3pm UK time.

Day 3

FINAL DELIVERY

You will provide feedback on the stationery design by 9am UK time today.

I will finalize the design and share the digital templates with you by 5pm UK time!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I only offer design service. But don’t worry, I will send you a comprehensive printing guide to help you with the process!

  • The lead time between drafts and feedback should cover the day time of most time zones.

    However, if the timing don’t work for you, we can figure out times that work. Either way, I’d need you and your partner to be available over the 3 days to give me prompt feedback. Many thanks in advance!

  • Yes! You can share you request details in the enquiry form and we will see if we can figure something out : ]

  • I recommend having your wedding stationery designed 6 - 12 months in advance of your wedding. This will give you ample time to print and mail the stationery. And then you can spend the rest of your time prepping for your wedding - the venue, the dress etc.!

    That said, if you need your stationery in a tight turnaround, that’s totally fine too! Our 3-day Design Sprint is perfect for this scenario too.
